The City of Santa Clara, on behalf of its municipal electric utility Silicon Valley Power, is seeking hosted or software-as-a-service solutions, with implementation services, to validate and report on its wholesale energy settlements. Two packages are offered and may be awarded together or separately: Package A, a California Independent System Operator (CAISO) validation and reporting solution, and Package B, a Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) validation and reporting solution. Silicon Valley Power participates in CAISO market activities and receives NCPA allocations and estimates, and needs tooling for settlement and allocation validation, reconciliation, workflow, reporting, audit review, and historical analysis.
