WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
Siskiyou County's Social Services Division, part of its Health and Human Services department, is seeking a qualified consultant to support the second cycle of the CalWORKs Outcome and Accountability Review (Cal-OAR) Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process. Cal-OAR is the State of California's framework for strengthening CalWORKs accountability, improving participant outcomes, and supporting data-informed decisions through performance measurement, program evaluation, and strategic planning. Having completed its first cycle, the County wants a partner who can build on that CQI foundation and help it advance sustainable improvement practices aligned with Cal-OAR requirements.
