The State of Washington Department of Commerce is seeking a qualified contractor to administer the Cannabis Social Equity Technical Assistance Grant Program under Senate Bill 5080. The goal of the program is to reduce barriers to entry in the cannabis industry for individuals disproportionately impacted by cannabis-related law enforcement and to diversify cannabis retail ownership statewide.
