The City of Bend is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based Capital Project Management and Delivery System designed to support the planning, design, construction, financial tracking, monitoring, and closeout of capital improvement projects. The system will serve as a centralized platform to improve collaboration between internal staff and external partners, standardize project workflows, and maintain an auditable record of project activity. Currently, the City’s Engineering Department relies on multiple disconnected tools, including CityView, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Munis, which creates fragmented records and limited visibility into project status. The selected vendor will provide a software-as-a-service solution, including implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support, to help the City manage capital projects throughout their lifecycle.
