The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts is issuing this Request for Information to gather market intelligence and vendor input to inform future procurement planning for a modern Case Management System and Electronic Filing solution for the Washington State Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. The existing appellate case management system, developed internally in 2003, is approaching end-of-life and lacks modern integration, reporting, and calendaring capabilities. The current Electronic Filing solution operates separately, resulting in redundant data entry and operational inefficiencies. Through this RFI, the Administrative Office of the Courts seeks information on commercially available or configurable solutions that can support appellate case processing, electronic filing, calendaring, notifications, and system integration—particularly with the existing OnBase electronic document management system. Vendors may respond with solutions addressing both systems or submit responses focused on either case management or electronic filing independently. This RFI is informational only and will not result in a contract award.
