WHAT OTHERS ASKED

26 questions answered

▶

“I am very concerned about fairness being applied to this process when there was a prospective bidder that has been given “certain city facility and utility information” in 2026 that has not been provided to the rest of the prospective bidders. That firm would have a clear advantage in development of their response to the City’s RFP, especially in areas such as project approach, establishing a potential portfolio of measures – as Grant requested in the pre-bid meeting, and developing costs and savings – at a minimum. We are requesting that same information that was provided to that prospective bidder, be shared with the rest of the bidders in this solicitation prior to the RFP deadline.”
