WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The City of Roseburg is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study for its Non-Represented employee group. This group encompasses approximately 40 employees across 30 job classifications, including Department Heads, whose salaries are governed by a City Manager-approved salary plan featuring 2.5% differentials across 11 salary steps. The last comprehensive classification study for this group was completed in 2020, and the City has determined that a thorough review is now warranted to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
