Classification and Compensation Consulting Services
The County of Sonoma is seeking qualified human resources consultants to provide classification and compensation consulting services on an as-needed basis. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a pool of experienced consultants who can support the County’s Human Resources Department in conducting classification studies and compensation analyses. These services include position reviews, class specification revisions, development of new classifications, and compensation benchmarking. The selected consultants will assist in evaluating job duties, responsibilities, and organizational structures while ensuring alignment with labor agreements, civil service rules, and compensation policies.
