Co-Parenting Application Pilot Program
The City of Lancaster is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a secure, cloud-based co-parenting application platform as part of a pilot program serving up to 150 families experiencing separation or divorce. The initiative aims to reduce court involvement, improve parent communication, and de-escalate high-conflict situations that negatively affect children and public systems. The City seeks an artificial intelligence-enabled platform that offers structured messaging, conflict detection, behavioral coaching, court-ready documentation, scheduling tools, expense tracking, multilingual support, and role-based access for legal and social service professionals. The selected vendor will support implementation, onboarding, technical maintenance, analytics, and pilot evaluation reporting. The program includes structured reporting and potential revenue-sharing opportunities for expanded deployment within Lancaster and Los Angeles County.
