WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, is seeking a qualified commercial real estate broker to serve as its buyer's agent in finding and acquiring a new site for the Lake Oswego Public Library. The existing 1983 library building has reached the limits of its useful life, with worsening seismic, water intrusion and accessibility deficiencies. City Council has made a replacement facility a standing goal, envisioning a modern library that doubles as an all-ages community center with large meeting rooms, expanded children's and teen areas, and a makerspace.
