Community Health Worker Curriculum Designer
The County of Riverside is seeking a qualified contractor to design and develop a comprehensive Community Health Worker (CHW) training curriculum to support workforce expansion and ensure compliance with Medi-Cal requirements. The project focuses on creating a cost-effective, standardized curriculum aligned with California Department of Health Care Services guidelines and national CHW C3 core competencies. The selected vendor will be responsible for instructional design, curriculum framework development, and creation of both core and specialized training modules, including topics such as violence prevention, asthma management, and supervisor training. The scope also includes integrating adult learning principles, developing instructor guides, facilitating advisory meetings, and continuously reviewing and refining materials.
