WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe is seeking an emergency management planning consultant or firm to update its Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) and develop a new All-Hazards Mitigation Plan. The two plans are to be built concurrently and kept consistent with each other, so that the Tribe has one integrated framework for preparedness, prevention, mitigation, response, continuity and recovery. The consultant is expected to act as a planning partner to the Tribe's Emergency Management Director rather than a document preparer.
