Comprehensive Wellness Program for Police Department

The selected vendor will provide a full-time, on-site wellness coordinator with relevant experience working with law enforcement personnel. Core services include annual health assessments, fitness evaluations, blood screenings, individualized wellness plans, and ongoing support through training programs in nutrition, stress management, and injury prevention. The program will also include participation tracking, quarterly reporting, and incentives to encourage engagement. Additionally, vendors may offer digital tools such as web-based platforms to support program delivery. The contract term is anticipated to span five years with an optional five-year extension.
