The City of Murrieta is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist with the acquisition and implementation planning of a new Enterprise Resource Planning software system. The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive needs assessment, analyze current business processes, develop functional and technical requirements, and prepare a formal request for proposal for replacement ERP software. Services also include project planning, governance support, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation assistance, and optional implementation advisory support. The project will support critical City functions including finance, payroll, human resources, budgeting, purchasing, contract management, grants administration, and capital project tracking. The consultant will help the City identify operational improvements, strengthen governance and internal controls, and recommend modern ERP solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, reporting, and service delivery. The City is seeking firms with extensive public sector ERP consulting experience and expertise in municipal technology modernization projects.
