WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of San Gabriel is seeking a qualified consulting firm to update its Cost Allocation Plan and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the City's user fees. The City's fees have not been comprehensively evaluated in many years, and service delivery has changed significantly. The previous study was completed in March 2021; since then, certain fees have been adjusted annually by the Consumer Price Index. The City wants a transparent, documented and defensible methodology its own staff can use to update fees in future years.
