The City of San Mateo is seeking qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its municipal fleet operations, including approximately 232 vehicles and 97 pieces of equipment. The selected consultant will evaluate fleet composition, utilization, lifecycle costs, maintenance practices, and operational efficiency. The engagement will be completed in two phases: an initial assessment and work plan, followed by a detailed analysis and final reporting. Deliverables include comprehensive reports, policy recommendations, implementation plans, and presentations to City leadership and stakeholders.
