The City of Anaheim Convention, Sports & Entertainment Department is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide on-call consulting support services for the Anaheim Convention Center. The City intends to establish contracts with multiple firms capable of delivering professional engineering, architectural, inspection, assessment, and construction support services for facility improvement and maintenance projects. Services may include mechanical, HVAC, electrical, structural, plumbing, architectural, elevator systems, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-related support. Consultants may also provide design preparation, specifications, permitting assistance, constructability reviews, field inspections, assessments, compliance validation, and construction phase support. The City is looking for firms that can provide experienced personnel on an as-needed and short-notice basis to support ongoing and future projects. Work orders will focus on facility rehabilitation, reconstruction, and maintenance activities at the Anaheim Convention Center and related City facilities. Contracts are expected to span multiple years with task-based assignments issued according to project requirements and consultant qualifications.
