The scope includes Critical Incident Stress Management services, such as routine and post-incident debriefings, wellness visits, and group counseling sessions for high-stress units. Additionally, the contractor will provide training to supervisory and management staff to support employee well-being programs. Services must be delivered in-person within the county, with optional virtual support. The contract term is one year, with an option to renew. The goal is to enhance workforce wellness, resilience, and job performance through accessible and specialized mental health support tailored to law enforcement personnel.
