Services include claims administration, provider network access, customer service, reporting, account management, and support for core and buy-up plan options. The County conducts a market evaluation of vision services approximately every five years to ensure competitive pricing, comprehensive coverage, administrative efficiency, and high-quality provider networks. The contract term is five years with an optional two-year extension.
