Clark County, Washington is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide engineering, environmental, and landscape architectural design services for recreation improvements at Pacific Community Park in Vancouver, Washington. The selected consultant will support the County’s project team in developing final design documents, environmental documentation, and permitting materials necessary to construct new recreational amenities. Planned improvements include the addition of pickleball courts (one covered and four open-air), a sports turf softball and soccer field, and a cricket practice pitch. The consultant will assist with project management, coordination meetings, public outreach materials, site plan review submittals, stormwater planning, geotechnical input, and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates suitable for bidding and construction. Services also include permitting support, environmental documentation, and responses to contractor inquiries during the bid phase. Clark County will provide surveys and preliminary site design layouts. The project is funded through Real Estate Excise Tax and Park Impact Fees and will follow federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
