Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to bids@quinault.org with 'Desktop Geothermal Study' in the subject line. Submissions must be in searchable PDF, Word, or Excel format, or a combination thereof. Faxed and oral proposals will not be accepted. In addition to the required email submission, vendors may optionally submit one hardcopy in a sealed envelope or package addressed to: Quinault Indian Nation, ATTN: Daniel Ebling, Business Development Director, 1214 Aalis Drive, Taholah, WA 98587. Hardcopy envelopes must show the RFP name, the vendor's name and primary contact address. Email submission is required regardless of whether a hardcopy is also delivered.
