The City of Menifee is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop updated Landscape Design Standards and Water Efficient Landscape Regulations. The project aims to modernize the City’s existing 2015 standards to align with current state regulations, sustainability practices, and adopted planning documents. The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive review of existing codes, policies, and environmental requirements, and develop a standards manual addressing landscaping across public rights-of-way, parks, and various development types.
