The City of Modesto is seeking a consultant to prepare a comprehensive action plan integrating multimodal transportation systems with land use strategies in downtown Modesto. The project supports the upcoming Altamont Corridor Express commuter rail station and broader Valley Rail expansion. Work includes evaluating existing transportation and land use conditions, improving pedestrian, bicycle, transit, and vehicular connectivity, and supporting transit-oriented development and infill growth.
