Downtown Parking Management Study
The City of Concord is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive parking management study for the Downtown Municipal Service District. The purpose of the study is to evaluate current parking supply, assess future demand, and develop strategies to address anticipated parking needs over the next five years. The consultant will collect and analyze existing parking data, examine public and private parking resources, and assess utilization, connectivity, and walkability. The work will include stakeholder and public engagement, coordination with city staff, and presentations to the City Council. The study will also recommend policy changes, enforcement strategies, infrastructure improvements, and potential parking technologies. Deliverables will include a detailed analysis, implementation strategy, and action plan with cost estimates.
