Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey
The State of Oregon, through the Oregon Health Authority, is seeking qualified contractors to support the 2026 Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey. This project is part of a nationwide effort led by the Environmental Protection Agency to assess infrastructure investment needs for public water systems. The selected contractor will conduct site visits to approximately fifty public water systems across Oregon, collect and validate infrastructure data, and prepare survey documentation in compliance with federal requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with water system personnel, reviewing system records, completing survey instruments, and submitting data through the designated federal portal. The contractor must ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission, while responding to feedback from the Environmental Protection Agency. The results of this survey will inform funding allocations under the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program. This contract is expected to run through April 2030.
