Early Intervention and Evaluation Services for the Infant Toddler Program
The State of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is seeking a qualified developmental specialist to provide early intervention and evaluation services for infants and toddlers from birth to age three who have developmental delays or disabilities. Services will be delivered under the Infant Toddler Program in Region 5, which includes multiple counties in south central Idaho. The contractor will conduct evaluations, assessments, and ongoing interventions using evidence‑based practices in compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part C, and state program requirements. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary teams, developing individualized family service plans, delivering therapy and coaching to caregivers, maintaining documentation, and supporting transitions out of the program. Services must be provided in person within the region and virtually statewide as requested. The contract is anticipated to run for up to five years and will be awarded to a single provider based on technical and cost evaluation criteria.
