Economic and Community Development Customer Service Framework
The City of Hillsboro is seeking proposals to develop a Customer Service Framework for its Economic and Community Development Department. The selected consultant will evaluate existing customer service practices and design a structured framework to enhance service delivery, responsiveness, and consistency across departmental operations.
