WHAT OTHERS ASKED

7 questions answered

▶

When was the City's water model last updated and calibrated? Does the City anticipate any substantial updates or recalibration of the model as part of the Water Master Plan effort?

Scope/requirements

▶

Section 5.2 specifically permits the organizational chart to be submitted on 8½" × 11" or 11" × 17" paper. Please clarify whether 11" × 17" pages may also be used for other proposal sections (folded to 8½" × 11"), or if all other proposal pages must be submitted on 8½" × 11" paper.

Compliance

▶

Does this City require five or three hard copies of the proposal due on Oct. 9?

Submission

▶

Under Attachment C, Standard Insurance Requirements, Item 1.a.iv states: “Errors and Omissions liability insurance appropriate to the Contractor's profession. Architects' and engineers' coverage is to be endorsed to include contractual liability.” Would the City consider removing the second sentence requiring Errors and Omissions coverage to include contractual liability?

Eligibility

▶

Regarding Tab D: Experience, would the City consider expanding the reference project criteria to include projects completed within the past five years as well as ongoing projects for which significant progress has been made during that period? This would allow firms to demonstrate experience of recent, relevant projects that may still be in progress.

Would the City prefer that the detailed scope of work be included in the appendix of the main proposal or in the separate, sealed cost proposal?
