WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of Claremont, in eastern Los Angeles County, is seeking an independent consultant to serve as its owner-side readiness and advisory partner ahead of a planned move to Tyler Technologies' Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (Tyler EPL). The new system must integrate fully with the City's recently implemented Tyler Enterprise ERP and will replace end-of-life legacy software: HdL for permitting (about 51,700 records, in use since 1990) and HdL Prime for business licensing (roughly 4,000 active records). Software selection is not part of this work.
