The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning assessment and modernization planning initiative. The selected consultant will evaluate the City’s existing CentralSquare Naviline ERP system, related business processes, workflows, integrations, and supporting technology landscape across multiple departments including finance, human resources, payroll, procurement, utilities, and public works. The project includes identifying operational inefficiencies, system redundancies, integration opportunities, and modernization requirements for a future ERP environment. Services also include facilitating stakeholder workshops, defining functional and technical requirements, developing a future ERP Request for Proposals document, supporting procurement and vendor evaluation activities, coordinating demonstrations, and assisting with final vendor selection. The assessment is intended to support the City’s Information Technology Strategic Plan by improving organizational efficiency, automation, analytics, integration, and customer-focused service delivery through a modernized enterprise technology platform.
