The goal is to unify service requests, work orders, inspections, inventory, and capital project visibility in a single GIS-integrated ecosystem, give field staff mobile tools, and give leadership role-based dashboards and enterprise reporting. San Carlos is a built-out city of about 30,000 residents managing streets, utilities, traffic systems, parks, facilities, wastewater, and stormwater assets.
