Environmental Assessment and Reuse Planning Activities in the City of Vallejo
The City of Vallejo is soliciting proposals from qualified environmental consultants to provide environmental assessment, cleanup planning, and reuse planning services for eight brownfield sites within Mare Island and the Downtown Waterfront. Funded through a United States Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant, the project includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, regulated building material surveys, quality assurance planning, cleanup alternative analysis, community engagement, and area-wide reuse planning to advance environmental remediation, economic revitalization, and environmental justice.
