The State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is seeking qualified environmental consulting firms to support projects funded through programs administered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The consultant will also provide technical assistance to HCD staff and grantees, support tribal consultation efforts, and coordinate with regulatory agencies when required. Work will include reviewing project documentation, preparing environmental reports and administrative records, and ensuring that all environmental review activities meet legal and regulatory standards to prevent funding delays or compliance issues for housing and infrastructure projects across California.
