WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services is seeking a single prime contractor to implement and then support a new Epic electronic health records system, hosted by Epic Hosting, LLC, replacing the Oracle Health (Millennium) system and related ancillary legacy systems currently used across the department. The work covers implementation of Epic modules, including revenue cycle and population health, migration of data and legacy interfaces, and transition of ancillary systems into an integrated environment, across the department's four hospitals, comprehensive and multi-service ambulatory centers, community clinics, and Correctional Health Services, along with a small number of Public Health clinics already on the current system.
