Highline College (State of Washington) is soliciting quotes from qualified executive search firms to serve as consultants to the Board of Trustees and the Presidential Search Sub-Committee in recruiting and hiring the next College President. The consultant will advise on search process, help establish the leadership profile and qualifications, provide training on selection process, conduct campus/community survey input, identify and directly recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants, support development of screening criteria and interview questions, coordinate meetings, candidate travel/site visits/interviews, and conduct reference, background, and financial checks as defined by the Board.
