Facilities and Asset Condition Assessment Clark County Parks
Clark County is seeking qualified architectural and engineering consulting services to conduct a comprehensive inventory and condition assessment of facilities and assets within the Clark County Parks system. The selected consultant will complete the remaining system-wide inventory, evaluate the physical condition of park assets, and develop replacement cost estimates, maintenance projections, and useful life analyses. The work includes reviewing prior inventories, conducting field assessments, updating prioritization criteria for major maintenance planning, and integrating all collected data into the County’s asset management system (Cartegraph by OpenGov) and ArcGIS platform. Deliverables include draft and final reports, geolocated inspection data, cost forecasting, and recommendations to support long-term capital planning and financial sustainability. The project supports the County’s responsibility for over 7,000 acres of parkland and 96 developed properties and is intended to improve maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and future budgeting decisions.
