The City of Milpitas is seeking qualified firms to provide fiscal and program administration services for future rental assistance and business assistance initiatives. Through this Request for Qualifications, the City intends to establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors capable of supporting programs funded through local, state, and federal sources over a five‑year period. Selected firms will assist with program development, operational design, and administration of financial assistance initiatives for residents and businesses. Responsibilities may include reviewing applications, determining eligibility, managing grant or assistance payments, and ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting. Contractors will also provide compliance monitoring, performance reporting, and payment disbursement management. Pre-qualified vendors may later submit program-specific proposals as new funding opportunities arise.
