WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The Oregon Forest Resources Institute (OFRI), which is governed by a 13-member board of directors and funded by a dedicated forest products harvest tax, is seeking one contractor to provide forest wildlife outreach and technical writing. The work supports OFRI's Wildlife in Managed Forests (WIMF) program, which began in 2006 and educates forest landowners, forest managers, students and wildlife biologists about the latest research and best management practices that benefit native wildlife in Oregon's forests.
