The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges is issuing this Request for Information to gather insights from vendors offering grants management solutions. The goal is to better understand available systems that support both pre-award and post-award grant processes, including application creation, review workflows, award management, compliance tracking, and reporting. The desired solution should integrate with PeopleSoft, which is used across all 34 colleges within the system, and be scalable to support a statewide higher education environment. This RFI is strictly for information gathering and market research purposes, and no contract will be awarded.
