The City of Palo Alto Utilities Department is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive graphic design services to support its customer outreach, education, and communication initiatives. The selected consultant will develop creative concepts aligned with Utilities' branding and tailored to diverse audiences, including residents, businesses, schools, elected officials, and partner agencies. Services include traditional outreach materials such as utility bill inserts, print advertisements, brochures, and displays, as well as digital assets such as website graphics, infographics, charts, videos, animations, and multimedia educational content. Work supports programs related to energy and water conservation, renewable energy, electrification, sustainability, utility safety, infrastructure projects, resiliency, and emerging technologies. The agreement will be structured as a not-to-exceed contract per task with ongoing collaboration for annual outreach campaigns.
