WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) is seeking a graphic design consultant to research, design and produce a cohesive visual brand identity and a suite of marketing and communications collateral supporting its arts and cultural events and initiatives. DCA operates galleries, performing arts and cultural centers, a cultural grants program and a public art division, and its in-house marketing and design division lacks the staff capacity to produce the collateral needed ahead of the major global events the City will host.
