Housing and Homelessness Services Vendor Pool
Alameda County Health is seeking to establish a qualified vendor pool to provide a wide range of housing and homelessness services to individuals and families who are currently experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or transitioning into stable housing. The initiative supports the County’s broader strategy to address homelessness through coordinated, equitable, and scalable service delivery aligned with the Home Together 2026 Plan. Services may include housing navigation, supportive health services, interim and permanent housing administration, and homelessness prevention programs. The County aims to partner with organizations capable of delivering direct services, program start-up support, capacity-building assistance, and innovative solutions to improve housing stability and health outcomes. Qualified vendors will be eligible for future contracting opportunities based on program needs and available funding. The vendor pool model enables flexible and timely deployment of services while ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local requirements, including data reporting through the Homeless Management Information System.
