HR Analysis and Artificial Intelligence Services
Snohomish County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide an established, artificial intelligence-powered classification and compensation platform designed specifically for public sector applications. The system must include trained artificial intelligence agents capable of conducting comprehensive job classification analysis, compensation benchmarking, job description development, and Fair Labor Standards Act compliance evaluations. The platform will support the County’s Human Resources Compensation and Classification team, which manages nearly 1,000 job classifications across more than 3,400 employees in over 25 departments. The solution must provide access to current benchmark salary and job description data for comparable Washington State and Pacific Northwest public sector agencies. Additional capabilities may include labor relations analysis and union contract review. The County requires workflow tools, reporting functions, robust data security, onboarding and training, and ongoing technical support. The contract term is three years with potential extensions.
