The County of San Mateo, through San Mateo Medical Center, is seeking professional consulting services to support the development and submission of a Health Resources and Services Administration Service Area Competition application. The Healthcare for the Homeless and Farmworker Health Program is preparing to compete for continued federal funding under the Health Center Program. The selected vendor will provide end-to-end application support, including review of the Notice of Funding Opportunity, project management and timeline tracking, narrative drafting and editing, data analysis and integration, budget narrative alignment, compliance review, and final submission assistance through federal portals such as Grants.gov and the Electronic Handbooks system. The agreement term will be two years.
