Infrastructure Inspection and Asset Management Tool
Sound Transit is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide and implement an off-the-shelf software-as-a-service platform for infrastructure inspection and asset lifecycle management. The selected solution will support inspections of assets such as bridges, tunnels, maintenance facilities, and garages, and must include capabilities for defect tracking, condition ratings, GIS integration, mobile and offline functionality, reporting, audit trails, and data security. The project includes full implementation services, including configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support, along with ongoing hosting and customer support. The initial contract term is three years, with options for two additional one-year extensions. The goal is to provide a comprehensive digital platform to manage inspection workflows and support long-term infrastructure planning.
