Hand delivery must be coordinated in advance with the Contract Administrator, Hadi Otaky, at (213) 817-2319 or Hadi.Otaky@hacla.org; entrance is through the subterranean parking structure accessible from Rampart Blvd. Proposals may also be delivered by private express delivery service (UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, FastTrak, or any other commercial carrier with real-time tracking) or U.S. Postal Service. Prior to submitting, vendors must complete vendor registration on Oracle iSupplier at www.hacla.org/becomeavendor and register or obtain a Unique Entity ID on SAM.gov. Vendors should also register on RAMP at www.rampla.org (free) to receive addenda notifications. Joint venture submissions are not accepted; proposals must be submitted by a single prime contractor.
