WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

San Bernardino County's Real Estate Services Department and Project and Facilities Management Department are seeking a vendor to replace the County's long-standing Archibus Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) with a modern, enterprise-ready platform covering the full lifecycle of real estate, facilities, assets and related operations. The County prefers a hosted or Software-as-a-Service solution, though on-premises proposals will be considered. The current system manages roughly 1,500 buildings, 4,500 floors, 12 million square feet of space, 12,500 pieces of equipment and 1,250 active leases, and supports about 30,000 completed work requests a year for approximately 700 users.
