WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of Los Angeles, through its City Administrative Officer, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from investment banking firms to serve on a pre-qualified list for the City's CAO-managed debt programs. Selected firms will provide debt structuring, marketing and underwriting of bonds, variable rate securities and commercial paper, in line with the City's Financial Policies and Debt Management Policy. This is a qualification process, not a single engagement: the CAO draws firms from the list as needed for individual financings, and no firm is guaranteed work.
