King County Information Technology Workforce Management Solution

Proposals must be submitted electronically through King County's E-Procurement Supplier Portal. Interested firms must first register in the E-Procurement Supplier Portal before they can participate. Proposers log in to their registered account and use the 'Create Response' button to submit. King County will only accept electronic submittals through the E-Procurement system; no paper, email, or other delivery methods are accepted. Individual file size is limited to 25 megabytes; proposers may compress files into ZIP archives or split files to meet this limit. Proposals must include only the documents specified in Section 1.15 (Proposal Content); unsolicited materials such as marketing collateral will be removed and not evaluated. Required submission components include the Equal Benefit Compliance Worksheet (if applicable), Attachment A – Submitter Certification, Attachment B – Small and Community Suppliers Submission Form, responses to RFP questions (Attachments C through G), and Attachment F – Technical and Functional Requirements completed line by line. If redlined contract exhibits are submitted, only Exhibits 1 and 2 may be redlined and must be submitted in native Microsoft Word format using tracked changes. Proposers must acknowledge all issued addenda before submitting and must ensure their response remains in Active status to ensure the County receives the most recent submission.
