Clackamas County is soliciting proposals from qualified private firms to provide comprehensive operation and management of four last-mile shuttle services within the county: Oregon City Last Mile Shuttle, Clackamas Industrial Shuttle, CCC Xpress Shuttle, and Estacada Shuttle. These services are fixed-route transit programs designed to improve mobility, access to employment, education, and essential services for residents, including older adults, people with disabilities, students, and rural communities. The selected contractor will be responsible for daily shuttle operations using county-owned vehicles, including driver staffing, dispatch, supervision, training, safety compliance, data collection, and reporting. Services must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transit regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
